Developing and motivating talented football players - including two Heisman Trophy winners - brought Bill Conley personal and professional accolades during his 17 years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Ohio State Buckeyes. That experience fuels his efforts to apply individual and team-development skills to the corporate and non-profit worlds.
Conley's career accomplishments include:
- A member of three Big Ten Championship teams, including the 1968 National Championship team coached by the legendary Woody Hayes
- An assistant coach of the 2002 National Championship team coached by Jim Tressel
