Jeff Phillips is an award-winning writer and editor, who owns and operates a communications consulting firm. Phillips lives in Stoutsville, Ohio, where he and his wife, Kari Hammer-Phillips, breed and exhibit Boxers under the kennel name, Logan Elm Boxers. (www.loganelmboxers.com)

Phillips is also an assistant football coach at Pickerington North High School (near Columbus, Ohio), where he coaches running backs and defensive line for a brother, Tom, who is head coach. (www.pickeringtonpanthers.com)

The Grand Rapids, Mich. native has two other younger brothers. Bob Phillips lives in Medina, Ohio, with his wife, Paula, and two daughters. He is a sales manager for an international printing and forms company. Doug Phillips is special teams coordinator and defensive line coach at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Phillips is the son of Glenn and Patricia Phillips, formerly of New Middletown, Ohio, and now of Delaware, Ohio, and Spring Hill, Fla.
